Galería
Pérez Meillón has been proud to offer beautiful Mata
Ortiz
pottery created by the master potters and the most talented emerging
artists
of this unique village, as well as handcrafted native Indian art from
northwestern
Mexico, and one-of-a-kind works by fine artists from Baja California
and
Mexico.
Each item is
personally selected
and purchased directly from the artist by gallery owner Adalberto
Pérez
Meillón and is reasonably priced in relation to the quality and
integrity of the piece and the reputation of the artist.

Enjoy an exposition
of Mata Ortiz-inspired paintings and
prints on handmade amate tree bark
paper by Ensenada artist Adalberto Pérez Meillón at the Fremont Gallery in
South Pasadena, California. Sponsored by Fremont Gallery, Modern Mata
Ortiz and
DeSilva Imports, the exhibition and sale also includes wood carvings
from
Oaxaca, clay figures and pottery from Mata Ortiz, and silver shard
jewelry from
Taxco.
